Assistant Professor Hiroyuki Igarashi from Tohoku University visited Takizawa lab

On August 25-27, 2025, Assistant Professor Hiroyuki Igarashi from Tohoku University visited Professor Takizawa's laboratory, IRCMS at Kumamoto University. This visit was to learn how to activate vagus nerve with an electric device by technically demanding surgery. Doctoral student, Mr. Ismael also actively engaged in collaborative works with Dr. Igarashi. We hope his experiment would be successful and their collaborations are expected to future develop in the future.
