Ms. Yurika Oda (The University of British Columbia) has completed the IRCMS Research Internship Program

Ms. Yurika Oda from The University of British Columbia has successfully completed the IRCMS Research Internship Program. During her three-month stay as a privately funded intern at IRCMS, she was actively involved in various research activities under the expert mentorship of Dr. Yuichiro Arima.

Due to the strong Typhoon Shanshan approaching to the Kyushu region just before Yurika was scheduled to return to Canada, we unexpectedly had to hold a completion ceremony 2 days prior to her original last day. Despite the sudden change, Yurika shared her fruitful experience in Kumamoto and we also expressed our gratitude and wished her great success in her future career.
