Prof. Takatsugu Ishimoto appointed as a chief of Division of Carcinogenesis at The Cancer Institute, Japanese Foundation for Cancer Research

We are pleased to announce that Professor Takatsugu Ishimoto will be joining the Cancer Institute, Japanese Foundation For Cancer Research as a Chief of Devision of Carcinogenesis, effective from August 1st, 2023. Having served as a Professor at the International Research Center for Medical Sciences (IRCMS) at Kumamoto University for the past seven years, Professor Ishimoto has been instrumental in advancing our understanding of cancer and its underlying mechanisms. In order to promote future collaborations, he will also serve as a visiting professor at IRCMS, Kumamoto University. We extend our heartfelt gratitude for Professor Ishimoto's invaluable contributions during his seven-year tenure at IRCMS.
