On January 26th, the Zoom mini symposium, organized by Dr. Sashida of IRCMS, Kumamoto University, Japan,  had been held as a part of JSPS Core-to-Core Program "Integrative approach for normal and leukemic stem cells". Under the theme of Applications of Mass Cytometry in Basic and Clinical Research, there were two speakers; one from IRCMS and one from the university of Liverpool, UK.

With more than 50 participants from both Japan and the UK, the speakers and participants had discussed actively about their ongoing projects. The future research collaborations are expected to be launched.
